- CS 1315 is not an approved programming language course. Business students should take CS 1301 if interested in this minor.
- Business students are recommended to pursue the business track.
- At least two courses must taken outside of the students home school.
- All courses must be passed with a 'C' or better.
- No course counted towards this minor can be used for any other undergraduate minor or certificate.
- Besides the Institute restrictions outlined in the Catalog, this minor does not have any additional restrictions on double-counting courses between the minor and the major.

Application Windows
The Scheller College of Business will have applications for the major twice a year accepting around 20 students per semester. Decisions will be based on alignment of this minor with your career outcomes and the feasibility of completing the minor. Priority will be given to Business Administration majors. Decisions will be sent to students before Phase II for every semester. Fall 2026 Application closes July 31, 2026.
