Leadership and Organizational Change studies the impact that individual persons, groups, and structures have on an organization in order to improve an organization's performance.
After completing MGT 3101 (Organizational Behavior), students complete six advanced Leadership and Organizational courses (at least four from Group A and at least two from Group B or from any remaining courses in Group A). Students must earn a grade of "C" or higher in all courses to complete the concentration.
Dong Liu, Thomas R. Williams Chair in Management, gives an overview of the Leadership and Organizational Change concentration within the Scheller undergraduate program.
