Dear Scheller Community,

A lot has happened since my last monthly message!

I am delighted to welcome Manpreet Hora as the new Senior Associate Dean for Programs. Manpreet brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position and will play a critical key role in advancing our degree and non-degree programs and initiatives.

Based on my conversations with faculty and alumni, we are gaining further clarity on our immediate aspirations and what we will proudly advance as our new Scheller initiatives. These include:

  • Continued focus on student readiness, with access to meaningful experiential and entrepreneurial learning opportunities and personalized career support
  • Advancing and leveraging our connections with business, policy, and entrepreneurial communities
  • Supporting our faculty as they provide insight and expertise that steers scholarship, academia, and industry
  • Creating a bridge to the rest of Georgia Tech through cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary partnerships
  • Crafting the next portfolio of Scheller degree and non-degree programs to address the growing demand for specialized, flexible business education
We hope to sharpen, formalize, and implement these ideas in the coming months. Our goal will be to keep anticipating and shaping the future of business education. Here are some further updates to share.
