Custom Program Design Process

The Georgia Tech delivery team will work closely with you to ensure that the program set-up, implementation, and follow up is a seamless and supported experience. Throughout the process, you will have the full support of an academic director, client relationship manager, and program manager. The associate dean of executive education will oversee the program.

    • Review feedback and modify proposal
    • Determine delivery dates
    • Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders and Georgia Tech staff and faculty
    • Approve proposal

    • Prepare a Statement of Work (SOW)
    • Confirm approval of SOW and excute contract
    • Prepare course materials
    • Hold check-in calls
    • Confirm all logistics, including any experiential learning opportunities
    • Conduct a program run of show with full support before, during, and after each program day
    • Provide on-site IT support
    • Offer other vendors as required
    • Conduct program assessments to capture feedback
    • Review participant feedback
    • Hold a post-program review with stakeholders
    • Provide access to instructors for each participant via email for follow-up questions
    • Distribute Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business certificate of completion to participants
