What is the Difference Between a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt?
Green Belt is designed for individuals in any industry or function and requires no prior experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology. The program is an introduction into the tools, techniques, and methodologies of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) principles.
Black Belt builds upon the prerequisite Green Belt program and propels students to the expert level, allowing them to gain a deep understanding of DMAIC principles and how to apply these critical skills to make business decisions.
