Graduation Procedures 

Our goal is to make applying for graduation as easy as possible! For business majors, all graduation procedures are completed during a 'Graduation Made Easy' meeting. During this meeting, all required application forms (yes, there's more than one) will be completed. Advisors are present during the meeting to answer any questions. 'Graduation Made Easy' is your one-stop-shop for applying to graduate! Students apply to graduate 1 - 2 semesters prior to the semester they plan to graduate. 

Graduation Made Easy meetings for Spring 2018 grads begin Tuesday, September 5th and conclude Tuesday, September 12th.

You should have received an email from your advisor about Graduation Made Easy meeting dates and times and how to sign up for one. Select your anticipated graduation semester below to learn about when you need to apply to graduate.

Spring 2018 Graduates
Students planning to graduate in Spring 2018 will apply for graduation in September of 2017 (i.e. Fall 2017). On Friday, August 25th, all BA students will recieve an email from their academic advisor with information about applying for Spring 2018 graduation. 
Fall 2017 Graduates
Students planning to graduate in Fall of 2017 should have attended Graduation Made Easy in February 2017. All students with at least 75 credit hours received an email from their academic advisor in January 2017 with information about applying for Fall 2017 graduation. If you did not receive this email but think you are still eligible to graduate in the Fall of 2017, please contact your academic advisor ASAP. The registrar's deadline to apply for graduation is Friday, August 25th, 2017.
