In particular, she investigates the process through which individuals emerge as leaders within organizations and how individual attributes, such as personality and disability status, impact employee, team, and firm-level outcomes.
At Scheller, she teaches leadership development and organizational behavior at the graduate level, as well as undergraduate human resources management. In addition, she supports non-degree executive education clients by teaching various topics including leading high performing teams and organizational change.
