The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business has launched Agentic AI Strategies for Organizational Transformation, a new Executive Education course that helps leaders understand the organizational impact of agentic AI and develop strategies for applying these technologies across their organizations.
Artificial intelligence is reshaping the way organizations operate, transforming workflows and decision-making while changing the skills leaders and managers need to prepare their workforces for the future. As organizations determine where AI fits into their business, many are looking for practical guidance on how to align AI with strategic priorities and implement it responsibly. Agentic AI Strategies for Organizational Transformation helps leaders answer these questions through a strategic, business-focused approach.
The three-day course is designed for leaders, managers, and professionals to explore approaches to AI governance, workforce transformation, organizational readiness, and change management while learning how to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.
The course combines faculty expertise, strategic discussions, practical frameworks, and experiential simulations that allow participants to apply concepts to real-world business challenges. Rather than training participants to use AI tools, the program focuses on the decisions leaders and managers must make to strengthen capabilities, drive innovation, and prepare their organizations for long-term success.

The inaugural session will be held September 29 - October 1, at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Registration is now open through September 25.
