Scheller College of Business has been recognized as “Certified Gold Work Green,” the highest level of recognition through the Georgia Tech Work Green program. The certification program is designed to recognize and celebrate faculty and staff who have taken the lead in promoting sustainable practices in the workplace. By participating in the Work Green program, offices pledge to positively contribute to Georgia Tech’s leadership in sustainability.
Scheller College is the first and largest entity on the Georgia Tech campus to be awarded the highest level of certification through the program. The “Gold” recognition acknowledges that 75 – 100% of sustainable practices were implemented. The committee that facilitated certification was an interdepartmental College-wide effort led by the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business.
