Brooke Shareé Luster is a seasoned strategist in the fashion business known for her ability to add value across retail, technology, and media. She made her mark at the University of Georgia, launching the first on-campus modeling agency –brokering brand partnerships for models and creative directing several campaigns for local businesses. Her previous roles include elevating client experiences at Saks Fifth Avenue and Brunello Cucinelli, exceeding sales goals by thinking of creative ways to reinvent retail. Brooke previously served as the business strategist on Atlanta-based Personal Shopping studio, Jerrimiah James, and co-founded Fashion Tech start-up The HGHLT, a social commerce platform which allowed customers to shop directly from video.
Brooke spent over 10 years working at the intersection of retail, small business and start-ups, serving as one of the first interns for Sports Tech startup EvoShield, prior to its acquisition by Wilson Sports. Her wealth of experience, attention to detail, and brain for improvement keeps her at the forefront of fashion, culture, and innovation.
Prior to her MBA, Brooke held the position of Program Manager for Try Before You Buy, Amazon Fashion’s trial-before-purchase program, where she oversaw brand experience, led platform improvements, and was the liaison between technical and business teams across, North America, Europe, and Japan markets.
Brooke is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business where she is concentrating in Tech Innovation through the Technology Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) program. She plans to continue her career in the Fashion Tech sector, as a Product Manager post-graduation.
