What is the difference between Green Belt and Black Belt?

LSS Green Belt is designed for individuals in any industry or function and requires no prior experience in LSS methodology. The program is an introduction into the tools, techniques, and methodologies of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) principles.

LSS Black Belt builds upon the prerequisite LSS Green Belt program and propels students to the expert level, allowing them to gain a deep understanding of DMAIC principles and how to apply these critical skills to make business decisions.
