A significant portion of Jessica’s work focuses on the CHARGE Leadership Development Program, where she coordinates workshops, retreats, and experiential learning opportunities designed to strengthen MBA students’ leadership, collaboration, and professional development skills.
Jessica works closely with MBA students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners to support engagement initiatives and leadership programming across the MBA programs. Students and campus partners can contact Jessica for support related to student engagement programming, leadership development opportunities, and MBA events.
Jessica has many years of experience in higher education and brings a strong background in project management, event management, academic programming, admissions, student services, and financial operations. She holds an MBA from Liberty University and a B.S. in Construction/Project Management with a minor in Business Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.
