Dr. Rebeka also conducts research and often engages undergraduate students in research projects. Her research interests include problem solving, decision making, and learning in complex environments. Dr. Rebeka received several grants to support her research work. The dissertation research was supported by a grant from the Strategy Research Foundation in 2014. In Summer 2021, Dr. Rebeka received two grants from F&M to fund research work of three undergraduate students.

Aleks Rebeka joined Strategy & Innovation area at Scheller in 2022. Dr. Rebeka earned her Ph.D. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to Scheller, she had taught at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. At Scheller, Dr. Rebeka teaches ‘Foundations of Strategy’ and ‘Corporate Strategy’ to undergraduate students. Previously, she also taught sustainability strategy to undergraduate students and corporate strategy to MBA students.
