Juan has served on the boards of Hershey, Wabtec, and AIG, contributing to governance, technology strategy, digital transformation oversight, and ERP modernization. He also serves on academic advisory boards at USC and Georgia Tech, teaches project management at Georgia Tech, and is a trustee of the Annie E. Casey Foundation. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, an M.S. in Computer and Manufacturing Engineering, and several professional certifications.
