Abhi's research revolves around using analytics for studying experiential economies. He has worked on problems related to new product development, service design, and content curation in the context of music streaming, social media platforms, museums, tourism sector, and related experiential markets. He has active research collaborations with influential market players like Van Gogh Museum and Deezer. Abhi's research has been recognized by INFORMS RMP Section's Jeff McGill Student Paper and Data Driven Research Awards, INFORMS Service Science Section's and Social Media Analytics Section's Student Paper Awards.
