Leadership Development

Through academic coursework, co-curricular programming, and experiential activities, the CHARGE Leadership Program provides a framework for developing Full-time MBA students into principled, forward-thinking leaders.

What is CHARGE?

All Scheller MBA students are automatically enrolled in CHARGE. By attending Scheller events and engaging in experiential learning activities, students build four core leadership competencies: Social intelligence, communication, team efficacy, and impact and influence.

Students have the opportunity to earn points for each engagement they complete, allowing them they progress from white to navy to gold badge status. Students who achieve GOLD status in all four competencies earn a leadership certificate that will be presented at their MBA graduation awards ceremony.
