Brady Family Chairholder in Operations Management and Faculty Director of the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at Scheller College of Business Beril Toktay was featured in the fall 2018 issue of the Georgia Tech Alumni Magazine to talk about her experiences in academia and her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion through her work as a Georgia Tech ADVANCE professor.

The ADVANCE Program is working to increase inclusion and advancement of women and underrepresented minorities in academic careers. Its inter-college network features six professors – one from each of Tech’s Colleges – who are not only revered researchers and educators, but have served as champions of institutional approaches that increase the representation, full participation, and advancement of women and minority faculty on campus.
