In honor of Women’s History Month, the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business is celebrating students and women in the Scheller community through a series of podcast interviews about their experiences at Georgia Tech.

In this episode of The Intersection Podcast, host and first-year MBA student Analisa Wade talks with Teresa Smith, Scheller Advisory Board member, and Aubrey DeAugustinis, BSBA ‘24, about the origins of their relationship and how Teresa became Aubrey’s mentor.

The two first met when Aubrey was interviewing for the Dean’s Scholarship in high school and reconnected during Aubrey’s first year at Scheller. Since then, they have fostered a meaningful, strong connection over the past four years. They discuss the strategies that guide their mentorship journey, Teresa’s career advice to Aubrey, lessons they’ve learned from each other, and tips for finding mentors and sustaining these valuable relationships.
