What (and/or who) brought you to Scheller?
I was drawn to Scheller because it provides an incredible and unique environment in which business students can build upon their passion in a way that is optimized for the 21st century. Being at a school that is at the forefront of global innovation gives Scheller students the perfect environment to learn about many aspects of business that are especially important as we move forward and continue to innovate. The faculty and students at Scheller, such as Craig Womack and Jacob Danzig, who I spoke to during my admissions process, were extremely outgoing and supportive.

What are you doing now to prepare for the new school year?
To get ready for my first year at Tech, I opted into the iGniTe program (summer semester). It was an extremely positive experience as I learned my way around campus and figured out how the next chapter of my life here in Atlanta might look. I felt that it was important for me to not lose steam by having a typical summer, and instead opted to continue schoolwork into my summer.

What do you want your future classmates to know about you?
I’d like my future classmates to know that I’m always happy to meet up and that I love to network. If any of my classmates would like to meet once we’re all on campus this fall, I’d love to connect. Also, I love collaborating with others, so if anybody ever wants to work on an idea, study, or do anything else with a classmate, I’d love to be involved.

What do you hope to learn while at Scheller?
I hope to learn skills at Scheller that will be useful as I pursue my dream of either starting my own business or becoming a strategy consultant. Some examples of these skills are predictive statistical modeling, brand strategy, how to build a good company culture, and how to utilize advertising effectively.

I want my future classmates to know that I'm excited to make new connections and can't wait to explore the city life!

What (and/or who) brought you to Scheller?
Generally, the awesome community and people at Tech is what initially brought me to the school. Specifically, I chose business at Tech because of what it is able to offer me and my future. The program ensures that we as students are qualified in specific fields that other schools may not consider. We are able to have a bigger advantage when we start looking for jobs/internships in the future.

What are you doing now to prepare for the new school year?
I am preparing for the new school year by applying for scholarships and positions that could assist me in my journey and keeping an open mind to be willing to learn new things and meet new people.

What do you want your future classmates to know about you?
I want my future classmates to know I always try to obtain a positive mindset because I believe that is an important part of success. Focusing on having a positive mindset whether things are at their highest or lowest will help you learn and grow from each experience.

What do you hope to learn while at Scheller?
From my Scheller education I hope to learn how to think outside of the box to solve problems and be able to apply the things I learn to change the world in positive ways.
