The Financial Times has released its 2022 Global MBA ranking, and the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business ranks No. 2 in the world for career services, maintaining its position for the second year in a row. Scheller MBA graduates report an average 115% salary increase from graduation to three years following graduation, a nine percent increase from 2021.

“Our Jones MBA Career Center coaches are very focused on our student’s individual motivations and dreams. We facilitate a proven process and utilize tailored tools to help them achieve the internship and employment outcomes they want,” said Dave Deiters, executive director of the Jones MBA Career Center. “We are proud that our students are achieving their goals and making such an impact in the world.”

The Center focuses on preparing students for their future careers by offering a robust set of services, including career strategy development, one-on-one career coaching, employer recruiting sessions, career conferences, networking opportunities, interview prep, and more. Each incoming student is assigned a personal career advisor, and because of its low student-to-advisor ratio, the Center is able to work closely with both employers and students to ensure the best outcomes in the internship and career search process.

“Knowing that I had such a great team behind me was a huge encouragement, even in the dark days of losing my original internship due to Covid,” recalls Abby Brenller, MBA ’21 and consultant at Bain & Company. “The career services team, classmates, alumni, and professors are so willing to jump in and help in any way they can. Knowing so many people had my back and had faith in me gave me faith in myself.”

The Financial Times Global MBA Ranking highlights the world’s best 100 full-time MBA programs. The career services ranking measures the effectiveness of a business school’s career services in terms of career counseling, personal development, networking events, and internship search and recruitment, as rated by their alumni.
