The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Undergraduate program was ranked top 10 in the U.S. in Poets&Quants’ Best Undergraduate Business Schools for 2021. Scheller College is the top-ranked institution in the state of Georgia in this year’s rankings.
Considered the most comprehensive assessment of undergraduate business programs, Poets&Quants advanced Scheller four spots from No. 14 to No. 10 in their ranking. The publication compiled the 2021 rankings based on school-reported data and a representative survey of more than 6,100 Class of 2018 alumni from 93 business schools. Scheller’s overall average alumni rating across 16 one-to-ten scale questions led all schools in the nation at 9.35 out of 10. Scheller ranked No. 1 in the U.S. in four areas: academic advising, career advising, extracurricular opportunities, and effectiveness of degree in helping students reach their career goals. Scheller was also ranked No. 2 for the value of tuition cost.
“We are immensely proud of this recognition from Poets&Quants,” said Craig Womack, Scheller’s Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs. “This break into the top 10 means so much to us because it validates the systematic, consistent effort we’ve put into providing the best education possible at the intersection of business and technology. From the applicability of our curriculum to the breadth of our experiential learning opportunities, and from the quality of our career services to the strength of our corporate partnerships - we are always striving to offer something better to our students each year.”
He continues, “I am proud of everything our students have accomplished, especially in a year like this. Their grit, resilience, and dedication is inspiring, and this honor is a tremendous recognition of their accomplishments.”
