Georgia Tech Scheller College scored top honors in Bloomberg Businessweek’s annual International Recruiters survey, which evaluates which business school’s full-time MBA graduates are most in-demand by top employers around the world. This year, employers were asked to score each college’s brand equity and how its graduates ranked in innovation and creativity, diversity, and entrepreneurship. Georgia Tech Scheller College joined Stanford Graduate School of Business, Yale School of Management, Georgetown McDonough, and Washington Foster for ranking in the Top 10 in three of the four categories.
The survey calculated the responses of 2,863 recruiters from 985 employers, who reviewed and ranked 131 business schools around the world.
Georgia Tech Scheller graduates ranked #3 in the world for innovation and creativity, and #4 globally in entrepreneurship. Ranking colleges with the most diverse students, Georgia Tech Scheller College was ranked #9 in the world.
Katie Lloyd, assistant dean of MBA programs at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, credits Scheller’s hands-on, technology-driven curriculum for producing MBA graduates so highly valued for their innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. “Drawing from our heritage as an engineering institute, Georgia Tech Scheller College has a rich tradition of technology-focused curriculum, experiential learning, and interdisciplinary opportunities,” she shared. “Unlike other MBA programs, we include core courses in IT management, digital strategy, and analytics in our students’ first semester.
