“The students at Georgia Tech are so incredibly humble, so it is easy to forget we are an elite group of women. This International Women’s Day I felt especially driven to celebrate the women of the Scheller MBA program and their many accomplishments,” noted brunch host Jacquelyn Renee Schneider (MBA 2018). The potluck brunch table featured a variety of breakfast delicacies only matched by the vibrant diversity of attendees. Jacquelyn’s honeycomb-patterned cake was the standout dessert for the MBA Yellow Jackets.

Full-time MBA candidate Jasmine Howard reflected, “Building on Friday’s Women in Leadership panel on campus, this brunch has helped me feel more connected to International Women’s Day than ever before. I love that Scheller College provides so many formal avenues to connect with fellow ambitious women, and it’s even more gratifying that our community wants to plan even more networking activities like this in our limited free time.”

“During the program, many women secure a career of their dreams, find real passion in their work and coursework, and achieve cherished personal milestones like becoming engaged, married and/or expanding their family ALL while achieving academically in the classroom,” Jacquelyn commented “It is vital to continuously demonstrate how women rise and elevate those around you. This March, I am incredibly grateful for the women in my life and for Georgia Tech; she has given me more than I could ever bestow to her.”
