With a proven track record of building sustainable business relationships with executives at world-class firms across a variety of sectors and deep expertise in coaching and mentoring MBA professionals, Dave will continue building the momentum of the Jones MBA Career Center. Recently named #1 for Full-time MBA career services in the world by the Financial Times, the Center supports the career development of more than 160 Full-time MBA students and nearly 400 Evening MBA students.

“I've landed my dream job – supporting the best-in-class MBA career services team dedicated to helping the finest MBA graduates imaginable to find their dream jobs,” Dave remarked. This appointment marks a return to Scheller College for Dave, a 1982 graduate in Industrial Management.

After graduating from Scheller College, Dave began his career at Accenture and advanced to Associate Partner. He later joined North Highland as Principal, but quickly moved up the ranks to President. During this period, Dave led a management team that maintained high employee engagement and client satisfaction ratings as well as implemented innovations within the firm, including an MBA hiring program.

He has served as board member and leader at a number of non-profit organizations including the Babson Center for Global Commerce and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

The search for Executive Director was extremely competitive, garnering interest from candidates across the country. “We were delighted by the enthusiasm and level of engagement of our search committee and students in this process, and we are pleased to have found such a high-caliber leader for the Jones MBA Career Center,” said Brian Jennings, Associate Dean of MBA Programs and Executive Education.
