Dr. Jacqueline Garner is a senior lecturer in finance at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. She has published in numerous academic journals including The Journal of Finance, The Journal of Business, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Financial Management. Her research focuses on corporate finance - more specifically, she studies issues related to initial public offerings, corporate governance, and investment bank compensation. Prior to academia, Dr. Garner held various financial analyst positions and worked as a financial economist at The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
