NFP Vice President & Director for Global Client Solutions, Marykay Mentzer, will be speaking on business ethics and related anecdotes encountered in the course of her work with U.S. Domestic and Global executive benefits administration.

National Financial Partners Vice President & Director for Global Client Solutions, Marykay Mentzer, will be speaking on business ethics and related anecdotes encountered in the course of her work with U.S. Domestic and Global executive benefits administration. The program will be held at Scheller College on Wednesday, October 12th from 11:00AM- 12:00PM. Marykay provides leadership in domestic (U.S.) and global executive benefit plan solutions. She has expertise in executive compensation deferral programs, carried interest and performance based incentive plans, and integration with on-shore and off-shore trusts. Marykay leverages her experience to facilitate client retention of top talent, collaborating to deliver effective solutions to meet business and benefits needs.

Marykay joined NFP in 2006 as an assistant director in Technology. She was named director of Strategic Client Solutions in 2007 and promoted to vice president and director of Global Client Solutions in 2009. Previously, Marykay was with Hewitt Associates, managing key client relationships and integrated service delivery for qualified and nonqualified plans, as well as retiree health and welfare plans. For more than five years, she managed numerous mission critical, enterprise-wide projects for MetLife subsidiary Benefit Services Corporation, as well as special consulting assignments for large plan clients. Marykay studied physics at Georgia Institute of Technology and computer science at Georgia State University.
