Mary Elliot, Manager, Ethics & Business Conduct, Boeing Defense, Space, and Security

Mary Elliott is the Ethics manager for Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and is responsible for executing plans focused on creating a culture of integrity, openness and trust.  Elliott reports to Paul Neary, Director of Ethics & Business Conduct for Boeing Defense, Space and Security.  She was named to this position in March 2014.

Prior to joining The Boeing Company, Elliott served as Compliance Officer for the City of Dallas. In this position, she was responsible for developing and implementing the City’s first Compliance Program, while overseeing its Corporate Integrity Agreement with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  She also served as Managing Deputy Director for the City of Chicago and helped design and implement the City’s Compliance Program. 

Elliott holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana and received her JD from Washington University in St. Louis.  She is licensed by the Illinois State Bar, Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
