AI and Future of Finance Conference

Sridhar Ramaswamy is the Chief Executive Officer of Snowflake, a role he assumed in February 2024, succeeding Frank Slootman. Ramaswamy joined Snowflake following its acquisition of Neeva, the AI-powered, advertising-free search engine he co-founded in 2023.

Before Snowflake, Ramaswamy spent over 15 years at Google, where he rose to Senior Vice President of Ads & Commerce, leading one of the company’s most critical business units. His deep expertise in technology, data, and AI innovation continues to shape Snowflake’s vision for the future.

Jacob Kosoff is a Data Science and Model Development Executive at Bank of America. He leads the Data Science for Technology, Risk and Operations department, which advances Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities at Bank of America, including in Generative AI.

Jacob serves as the Model Development Executive and Artificial Intelligence Model Development Executive (AI MDE) for multiple lines of business, ensuring compliance with model governance standards and identifying opportunities to improve model performance. Additionally, Jacob and his team are responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Enterprise Information Product (EIP) datasets. Furthermore, they leverage artificial intelligence and robotic process automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT).

Jacob also serves as the Global Risk Management (GRM) Site Leader for Atlanta and the Co-Executive Sponsor for the Global Risk Development Program.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Jacob served for eight years as the Head of Model Risk at Regions. In that role, he was responsible for the strategic vision and management of the model governance, model validation, model risk automation, and AI risk teams. Additionally, he also oversaw the governance and validation of all models and analytics at Regions Bank.

Jacob has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including in data science, model development, model risk management and credit review. Prior to Regions, Jacob served in roles at PNC, Freddie Mac, and Genesis Analytics.

Jacob is a contributor to the American Banker, was a Top 40 under 40 leader, and is AI 100 honoree.

Raghu Kulkarni is the Chief AI Officer at Equifax, where he leads global efforts to responsibly develop and deploy advanced AI and ML model solutions across credit life cycle. Raghu has over 20 years of experience in banking and data science at Discover Financial Services, Barclays and HSBC, with his last role being at Discover where he served as Chief Data Scientist. Raghu has built a career at the intersection of AI/ML modeling innovation, and credit, fraud & collections risk management. He is recognized for pioneering work in explainable and responsible AI.

Raghu holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering. He has authored multiple patents and papers. Passionate about collaboration and continuous learning, he brings both technical depth and executive perspective to advancing the role of AI in financial ecosystems.

Gerardo Rodriguez, Managing Director, is the co-Head of Product Strategy and the COO of BlackRock Systematic (BSYS). He is a member of the Portfolio Management Executive Committee. Mr. Rodriguez's service with the firm dates back to 2013. Prior to his current role, he had portfolio management and research responsibilities for Emerging Markets and China equities in BSYS. Before joining BlackRock, Mr. Rodriguez had a career of more than 14 years in the Mexican Ministry of Finance where he last served as Undersecretary of Finance and Public Credit. His main responsibilities included public debt management, exchange rate and fiscal policy and the regulation and supervision of local financial institutions and state development banks. Among other things he worked on the development of the local government bond market, the design of the Treasury Direct platform (cetesdirecto.com) and the creation of the National Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Rodriguez earned a BS degree in economics from Universidad de las Americas-Puebla (Mexico) and an MSc in Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University.

Sid Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Curinos and a seasoned board director with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning Financial Technology, Data & Analytics, and SaaS. He brings a strong track record of driving transformational growth, executing strategic M&A, scaling software-led businesses, and building high-performing teams across global markets.

At Curinos, Sid is focused on unlocking the company’s next phase of growth by combining industry-leading data assets with technology to deliver deeper insights and value to financial institutions. His leadership is centered on customer focus, innovation, and operational excellence. Prior to Curinos, Sid was CEO of Rectangle Health, a vertical SaaS fintech platform serving the healthcare sector. He led a comprehensive transformation of the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving strong growth in software revenue and advancing the platform’s capabilities.

Earlier, Sid served as President of U.S. Information Solutions at Equifax (NYSE: EFX), where he led a $2B+ data and analytics business through a major digital transformation powered by cloud, AI, and strategic partnerships. He also executed over $1.2B in M&A to expand Equifax’s data capabilities and strengthen its market leadership.

Before Equifax, Sid spent over a decade at Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN), most recently as Group President of Integrated Solutions & Vertical Markets, overseeing a $1.2B+ global SaaS and payments business. He played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s software strategy, executing more than $3.5B in acquisitions, and leading global product innovation and APAC expansion.

Sid also held leadership roles earlier in his career at Citibank and HSBC. In addition to his role at Curinos, he serves as a Board Director at Dye & Durham (TSX: DND), a vertical SaaS leader in LegalTech. His previous board service includes Paya (Nasdaq: PAYA, acquired by Nuvei), VantageScore, and the Consumer Data Industry Association.

Vlad joined Acadian in 2019 and is Director of Global Equity Research. He joined the Executive Committee in 2025. Previously, he was a managing director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), where he co-led a quantitative equity research team within the firm’s fundamental equity and direct alternatives units. In this role, Vlad focused on alpha capture and the integration of quantitative alpha, risk, and portfolio construction techniques. Prior to that, he was head of research at Rosetta Analytics, Inc., a machine learning hedge fund. Vlad received a Ph.D. in finance from the University of South Carolina and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas as well as a B.A. in international economics from Sumy State University, Ukraine.
