Tech Talks Business, hosted by the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, is a series of conversations between Dean Anuj Mehrotra and leaders and experts at the forefront of business, technology, entrepreneurship, public policy, and civic innovation.

Our distinguished guests share their perspectives, examine local and global trends, delve into the nuances of leadership, and illuminate the interconnectedness of our changing business world. You’re invited to join us for a dynamic convergence of minds where ideas take center stage.

Join Dean Anuj Mehrotra for a conversation with Jim Hannan, president and chief operating officer of Koch, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States. Jim will share insights from his leadership journey across Koch's diverse portfolio of businesses, discussing transformational change, innovation, and long-term value creation. He will also discuss the experiences and principles that have guided his career from chief financial officer to CEO of Georgia-Pacific and now president and COO of Koch.

Our Tech Talks Business audience consists of industry leaders, working professionals, faculty, staff, alumni, and students. Our student and alumni audience – from Scheller College and across the Institute – are among the most engaged. At the end of the session, the speaker will have the opportunity to engage directly with the audience during a brief Q&A.
