Ramsey McGrory
President, Prisma at Mediaocean
Ramsey McGrory is the President of Prisma at Mediaocean, the modern system of record for omni-channel advertising. Ramsey is responsible for all aspects of the Prisma and Protected businesses. In his ten years at Mediaocean, the company has grown 4x with ~$600M in revenue.
Throughout his career, Ramsey has stage dived into chaotic industries and companies. In his advertising career, Ramsey has worked across startups to major corporations. Ramsey started at DoubleClick in the late ’90s selling media and technology, and subsequently led Sales at Right Media from 2004-2007. In this role, he co-created Dynamic Pricing (dCPM) in 2004, and launched the first successful programmatic ad exchange. In July 2007, Yahoo! acquired Right Media for $850M. From 2007-2011, Ramsey was deeply involved in developing the programmatic market and led Yahoo! ad platforms and US data partnerships. From 2011-2013, Ramsey was CEO at AddThis, a social tools and data company and President at Scout, a leading men’s sports publisher.
Ramsey is an active investor and advisor to data and technology start ups, and a speaker and writer on programmatic and television advertising, and innovation. Prior to his work in advertising, Ramsey worked in politics and banking. He also served in the US Army in Germany and the Persian Gulf War. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of the South, and a Master’s from Georgia Tech.

Heather also co-chairs marketing and communications for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Atlanta Host Committee, shaping Atlanta’s global narrative, managing multi-agency collaboration, and advancing brand visibility for the region as a premier host city. She leads communications for Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s marquee events and has played a central role in positioning both the stadium and AMBSE as leaders in hosting mega-events including the World Cup, Super Bowl, CFP National Championship, and MLS All-Star.

Laura Lanier

She recently completed her 8th season with the Atlanta Falcons and 12th season overall with an NFL franchise. Ryan Delgado

Ryan Delgado is the Director, Social Media & Influencers for the Atlanta Falcons. Ryan has been leading the Falcons’ social media group for several years. In his current role, Ryan oversees the social media content team and leads messaging and ideation to push forward the brand on social channels. Along with traditional social media, Ryan also drives influencer and creator relationships and paid social initiatives across the Falcons organization.

Ryan spent six years with the Tampa Bay Rays and led Major League Baseball in social media engagement during the club’s World Series appearance in 2020. Melody Lee

Melody Lee is Chief Marketing Officer, Mercedes-Benz USA. In this role, she oversees brand positioning and marketing strategy and execution with an aim to ensure long-term growth and profitability for the Mercedes-Benz brand in the United States.
Previously, Melody was Senior Vice President, Global Brand & Product Marketing for the Herman Miller and Knoll brands at MillerKnoll. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring a cohesive brand-led strategy across the two marquee design brands’ products, channels, messages and audiences.
Prior to joining MillerKnoll, Melody was Global COO and Principal, Americas for Camron, a global design communications agency, where she led the agency’s New York and Los Angeles offices.
She was, previous to Camron, the vice president for brand development at Shiseido, a 140-year old global prestige beauty company. In that position, she led critical strategic initiatives across a comprehensive remit of brand strategy, product development, marketing and retail planning for one of Shiseido’s multinational prestige brands.
Prior to Shiseido, Melody spent six years with Cadillac. There, as head of brand marketing for the iconic luxury car brand, Melody oversaw brand strategy, global planning, partnerships and experiences and marketing innovation. She also led BOOK by Cadillac, the brand’s vehicle subscription business, as a discrete business unit, with commercial responsibility for operations and logistics, financial management, product development, branding and marketing, PR and business development and corporate sales.
Before joining Cadillac, Melody was executive vice president at global PR agency Hill+Knowlton Strategies from 2006 to 2012, where she led high-stakes communications campaigns for Fortune 500 corporations.
Melody lives with her husband and two boys in Atlanta. She attended Georgia Institute of Technology, receiving her B.S. and M.S. in International Affairs.
Jeannine Haas
