AI is rapidly moving from experimentation to enterprise implementation, requiring organizations to make increasingly consequential choices about where to invest, how to scale AI initiatives, and how to prepare their people and organizations for an AI-enabled future. Yet realizing value from AI involves much more than deploying AI technologies.
The panelists will discuss what organizations are learning as they move from AI pilots to large-scale implementation, how leaders should evaluate and prioritize AI investments, where AI is creating meaningful business value, and what separates successful implementations from those that stall or fail to meet expectations.
They'll also cover how AI is changing work and how organizations can capture AI-enabled productivity gains. Drawing on their different experiences and perspectives, the panelists will offer practical insights for business leaders navigating this transition.
After the panel and Q&A session, a networking reception with refreshments will follow.
