Ursula joined the Scheller College of Business in June 2008 and serves as the Associate Director of the Doctoral Program. In this role Ursula provides leadership and oversees operations for recruiting, admissions, program and marketing development, and student services. She is very involved in the Georgia Tech community and is currently an instructor for GT1000 Women and Leadership freshman seminar. In 2017 she was selected to participate in the inaugural Inclusive Leaders Academy created by the Staff Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement division. Also, in 2014 and 2015 she was selected as a Leadership Fellow where she served as a leadership coach to undergraduate students across academic, experiential, and co-curricular activities.

Ursula's experience in higher education spans over 16 years. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, she worked in the Strategy and Fiscal Affairs division at the Board of Regents University System of Georgia as a Business Analyst. Prior to the Board of Regents, she was a Business Manager in the Department of Theatre and Film Studies at the University of Georgia. She is active in the Atlanta community and serves on the board of directors for various nonprofit organizations that include the Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy, Whitefoord Community Programs, and DOCNET- an affinity group of AACSB. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
