She spent ten years at Bain & Company, starting as a Consultant and most recently serving as a Director of Consulting Operations and Human Resources. She has also worked at Turner, The Walt Disney Company, and Procter & Gamble in various capacities. She received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her B.S. in Marketing and Business Management from Cornell University.
