Caroline has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business Administration: Finance from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. She also has an M.Ed. in Student Personnel Services from the University of South Carolina.

Caroline Player has spent over seventeen years working in university career services, much of that time at Georgia Tech. In addition to the over five years she’s spent working at Scheller, she served as the Director of Alumni Career Services at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association for nine years. In her current role on the Jones Career Center team, Caroline is responsible for providing career coaching to students in the Full-time MBA program as well as growing and maintaining relationships with employers that hire MBA students.
