Lisa brings extensive experience advancing career education strategy, developing cross-sector partnerships, and leading high-impact programs that drive student and workforce outcomes. Prior to joining Scheller, she served as Director of Career Development at Oglethorpe University, where she set the strategic vision for career education, expanded employer partnerships, and strengthened career outcomes through data-informed initiatives. She also designed and facilitated executive leadership development programming for the Board of Regents, University System of Georgia.
Earlier in her career, Lisa spent 13 years at Georgia Tech managing programs across Executive Education, Professional Education, and Alumni Relations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Clayton State University and her M.Ed. and Ed.D. from the University of Georgia.
