Joe’s work focuses on helping students navigate complex career decisions with clarity and confidence. He believes the career center should be a trusted partner—not only in securing the next opportunity, but in building long-term professional momentum. Through close collaboration with faculty, alumni, and industry leaders, he works to ensure students have access to the relationships, resources, and experiences that shape meaningful careers.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Joe held leadership and teaching roles in both the U.S. and U.K., where he worked across curriculum design, student experience, and workforce development initiatives. His background includes supporting diverse student populations and building cross-sector partnerships that connect academic learning to evolving industry needs.
At Scheller, Joe is committed to advancing a career ecosystem that reflects the College’s values—connected, experiential, and innovative—while supporting each student in designing a career that aligns with their goals and strengths.
