Biography

Mary Eve Speach holds a B.A. in Political Science with Honors from Georgia College & State University and has completed an M.S. in Public Policy (2018) and an M.S in Management (2020) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Her research seeks to better understand the role individual differences play not only in the treatment of employees, but also how these unique attributes guide one's own behavior. Mary Eve is specifically interested in contributing to an area of the diversity literature which has received less attention thus far - the perspective of the employee with a disability.

Mary Eve’s work has been published in top academic outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Psychological Bulletin.
