Biography
Natasha Reed is an Organizational Behavior PhD candidate at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. She received her B.A and in M.B.A in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to joining the PhD program, she was employed at BlueCross BlueShield of TN a fortune 500 company as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Natasha worked within the human resources sector for fourteen years, where she gained organizational behavior experience. Her current research interests involve Diversity, Leadership and Organizational justice.
