Biography

Min Young Lee is an Organizational Behavior PhD candidate at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. She received her B.A in psychology and sociology from Emory University. And received her M.A in human development from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Prior to joining the PhD program, Min worked at the NEED (Neurocognition, Early Experience, and Development Lab) lab, where she studied the relationship between economic disparities and neurocognitive development. Her current research interest involve conflict, status, power and relationships within organizations.
