Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, Kimberly received her B.A. in Psychology at UCLA and M.A. in Consumer and Advertising Psychology from Korea University.
Na Kyong (Kimberly) HyunPhD Candidate
Kimberly Hyun is a Marketing Ph.D. candidate at Scheller College of Business. She joined the program in 2018, and she is interested in how consumers’ perception of and relationships with technologies (e.g., personalized recommendations, artificially intelligent (AI) devices) influence persuasion and consumer well-being in the digital marketplace. She also utilizes voice analytics in her research.
