Biography
Ashlee Li is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation at the Scheller College of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Her research examines the intersection of immigration, firm strategy, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on how high-skilled immigration shape firm behavior, innovation, and access to global resources. Prior to her doctoral studies, Ashlee was an economist at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, where she conducted research on trade, transportation industries, and corporate-sector dynamics.
