His work has been published in top-tier finance and real estate journals including the Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Review of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Urban Economics, and Real Estate Economics. His research has earned prestigious recognition, including the GARP Risk Management Research Award, Q Group Research Award, and WFA Cubist Systematic Strategies Ph.D. Candidate Award for Outstanding Research. Dr. Ganduri’s articles have been featured as Editor's Choice Lead Articles, and his research insights regularly inform public discourse through media coverage in CBS News, Georgia Public Broadcasting, FOX5, 11Alive, and publications by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST), and Urban Institute.

Biography
Rohan Ganduri is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, he was an Assistant Professor of Finance at Emory University. Dr. Ganduri received his Ph.D. in Finance from Georgia Tech. He also has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, and a master’s degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Tech. Dr. Ganduri currently teaches courses on Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate Capital Markets. Prior to academia, Dr. Ganduri worked in the Global Structured Products division at Bank of America.
