What advice would you give to an incoming M.S. Major in Management student?
Use all the opportunities you are given, there are plenty of events where you can expand and strengthen your network.
What was your favorite business course and why?
Managing Information Resources, MGT 6503.. I found the topics covered particularly interesting; learning how AI systems work will be beneficial long-term.
What activities were you involved with on or off campus, and did your business education impact those activities in any way?
I was part of Women in Business and the Tech Club here at Scheller. These clubs gave me opportunities to visit companies and join fun events with the MBAs. Having a foundational understanding of business definitely helped when networking.
What will you be doing to celebrate your graduation?
I'll be getting some good food with friends on graduation day. In late May, I'm going to take a trip to Florida with a friend from the program.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I learned English primarily via video games and YouTube.
What are the top two items on your bucket list?
1. I would love to visit the Rocky Mountains, because I love hiking.
2. I also want to visit Hong Kong.
Who is your favorite business professor? (Choose one professor and explain why)
Dr. Ryan Blunck was my favorite professor. He made accounting approachable and helped ease my transition into the program.
What's your favorite place you've traveled to, and why?
Jeju Island, South Korea. There is a hiking trail all around the island and you can go up on the volcano, which was magical!
Favorite restaurant in Atlanta:
Mary Mac's is my favorite. You should try the slow cooked beef pot roast.
