What is something on your bucket list?

Chartering a crewed catamaran with a quality chef while island hopping in the Caribbean.

What’s a favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?

The Maldives. The views in every direction were breathtaking.  The limited number of accommodations made it feel as if you were on a private island.

What’s your favorite family tradition?

The first gift on Christmas Eve is always pajamas, and everyone gets a pair to be worn immediately.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I am proud to have played a pivotal role in designing and launching a product many Fortune 500 companies use.

What is the hardest thing you’ve ever done?

I moved across the country the day after I returned from my senior graduation trip to Hawaii.  I knew I would be leaving my hometown for good as my parents had recently moved away, and I would also be leaving my closest friends behind, who were like brothers.

Your latest book recommendation:

“The DevOps Handbook” is a good read for anyone in tech or product organizations.  It deeply explains the need and process to deliver value to customers rapidly.

Your life story in one sentence:

I am a California native brought to the south through college baseball, with a love for technology, which led me to my wife, instant family, and reignited faith.

What is your favorite restaurant in Atlanta?

South City Kitchen, Smyrna location.  Great food, not too expensive, and doesn’t require heading downtown.

What is your favorite comfort food or family recipe?

My grandmother’s New Orleans seafood gumbo which is made with crab, hot sausage, chicken, and shrimp.
