What was your favorite business course and why?
My favorite business course would have to be Financial Management with Professor Jacqueline Garner because she made the learning experience as interactive as possible while also teaching us extremely useful pieces of financial information, like risk and return.
What advice would you give to an incoming undergraduate student?
If you’re confused over a topic, don’t be afraid to reach out to the professor and meet during office hours. They’re there to help you.
What activities were you involved with on or off campus, and did your business education impact those activities in any way?
I was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon throughout my time at Georgia Tech and served on the executive board for a year as our external vice president. I was also a member of the Undergraduate Operations Management Society acting as the head of marketing.
Outside of campus, I had been running a company I co-founded in my junior year of high school called Greenlight Media. In each of the roles, I would say my business education from Scheller allowed me to think in a more critical and business-like fashion when performing my duties.
What is something unexpected you learned about Scheller College during your time as a student?
Something unexpected I learned about Scheller was the number of CEOs who had graduated including former Delta Airlines CEO David Garrett and former American Express CEO James Robinson III.
What’s been your favorite memory so far at Scheller?
My favorite memory at Scheller has to be taking my last final exam for my concentration due to the fact that it showed all my hard work had come to fruition.
What is the biggest lesson you gained from your Scheller B.S. Business Administration?
I would say the biggest lesson I gained from my degree at Scheller would be the ability to learn not only the fundamentals of business but also specific facets such as supply chain, operations, and information technology in different classes.
Where will you be working after graduation?
I will be working at Manhattan Associates as a software implementation consultant.
What will you be doing to celebrate your graduation?
I haven’t planned any crazy trips, but most likely golfing with friends.
Who would you like to thank most for your success?
I would like to thank my mom, dad, and younger brother for pushing me to be the best in all that I accomplished.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I’m trilingual speaking English, Italian, and Spanish.
What are the top two items on your bucket list?
The top two items on my bucket list are to play golf in Japan and go skiing in the Swiss Alps.
Who is your favorite business professor?
My favorite business professor was easily Professor Jacqueline Garner The main reason she was my favorite was due to her passion of sports and always providing in-class examples surrounding athletes and how they have managed their money after playing sports.
Which classmate do you most admire?
The classmate I admire the most is a former Scheller graduate named Cooper Cates. He always pushed me to do my best in class and was there to help me when I had questions.
What actor would you cast to play yourself in a movie about your life, and why?
I would say a young Al Pacino mainly because he’s an Italian American and he’s been in a lot of my favorite movies.
What's your favorite place you've traveled to, and why?
My favorite place that I’ve traveled to is my dad’s hometown in Italy named Molfetta. It’s right on the Adriatic Sea and has some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
Favorite family tradition:
I love going to midnight mass on Christmas Eve.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
My proudest accomplishment will be graduating from Georgia Tech with highest honors after many teachers in high school told me I wouldn’t be able to get into the Institute.
What did you want to be when you were small?
When I was younger, I always wanted to be the owner or general manager of a professional Atlanta sports team.
