• Start a new Faculty Professional Development Workshop series which will focus on faculty career planning and development related to research as well as teaching/instructional excellence. This series (mostly faculty led) would cover various topics: (Completed) 
  • Increasing classroom effectiveness, enhancing student engagement, and managing AI and ethics in coursework  
  • Crafting manuscripts, responding to reviewers, developing research ideas, maintaining research integrity, collaborating with coauthors, reviewing papers, positioning research, etc.  
  • Increasing visibility, serving on editorial boards and as editors, exploring consulting, teaching in non-degree executive education programs, leveraging consulting and non-degree executive education for research and teaching, etc.
