What's something on your bucket list?

I have a dream to go on a BBQ tour of the US. I’m not a huge fan of Carolina style but I’d start in Memphis, then go to St Louis, and on to Kansas City, and then pop down to Texas. I want to rent an RV and try it all.

What's your favorite place you've traveled to and why?

I am a huge fan of Japan. I lived about an hour and half south of Tokyo for a few years and got to travel all over the country while stationed there. It was a huge eye-opening experience of a completely foreign way of life that my wife and I grew to love.

Favorite family tradition:

On my dad's side we played dominos regularly and had a really close family and friends' group. It was a great time, and I’m glad we have those memories.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I completed the Evening MBA program in two years with a family and working full time. It was a bit rough at times, but I’m proud to have the support from my partner to be able to get through the challenging times.

What did you want to be when you were small?

Stegosaurus, Apatosaurus, let's go! I was extremely passionate about dinosaurs and wanted to be a paleontologist.

What is your latest book recommendation?

“Building Wealth One House at a Time” by John Schaub

Your life story in one sentence:

Work hard and laugh a lot.

My favorite restaurant in Atlanta:

I’m a big fan of Bocca Lupo.

My favorite comfort food or family recipe:

Nothing beats a grilled burger with some home-grown tomatoes to top it.
