Recruit Undergraduates

Thank you for your interest in recruiting Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business undergraduate students. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service to help you find the talent you are seeking.

Our undergraduate program offers concentrations in Operations, IT Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Leading and Managing Human Capital, and General Management. Georgia Tech students perform extremely well in internships and full-time positions after graduation, based on their strong leadership, problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Feel free to contact us at any time with your questions and to get started. With 1,300 students in our undergraduate program, we have many talented prospective employees for you to meet.

Depending on your staffing needs, we have several avenues for posting your career opportunities.

Register (for free) as an employer through Career Buzz, the Georgia Tech job posting site. This site will allow you to post jobs (internships and full-time positions), sign up to present an information session and manage the interview process.

Register to become a co-op company, where students work while alternating with full-time school semesters.

This program allows students to build experience with your organization on a predetermined schedule. Students work full-time at your company every other semester until they have worked three terms.

E-mail job postings to and we will share them directly with our business students.

Business students can apply to your positions through Career Buzz, through your Website, or by e-mailing their resumes to you. Whether or not you post using the first two options above, we recommend that you use this third option. We can communicate all of your opportunities directly to business students. Inclusion of your job postings in our weekly e-mail to our students generates more applications for the opportunity and raises awareness of your company.

Based on your recruiting needs, we can combine the above methods so that you can build a program that works best for you. Thank you for including our students in your recruiting strategy.
