Alex Gonzalez is a curator and catalyst of innovative cultures, networks, and ecosystems. He is a storyteller of disruptive ideas, companies, and people. Alex is Chief Innovation Officer for the Metro Atlanta Chamber. He is also Founder and Principal of Highwire Group, Founder, Host and Executive Producer of the Disruptor Studio and an advisor, coach, speaker, and author on innovation, culture, brand, and strategy. He has over 20 years of experience at several Fortune 500 & 1000 companies where he held a variety of senior executive roles including leading global strategy & innovation functions to running major divisions as a P&L leader. Alex helps empowers executives and their companies to navigate friction and be transformative. 

About the Impact Speaker Series:

Since 2002, the IMPACT Speaker Series has brought highly successful business leaders from a variety of industries to campus to share their experiences and give advice to students and other entrepreneurs on topics ranging from "building a venture around intellectual capital" to "successful entrepreneurship in large organizations" and "socially responsible leadership." The weekly series provides Georgia Tech students, alumni, and the Atlanta business community an opportunity to network and learn from successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and notable business and non-profit leaders. The lecture series is sponsored by the Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

The series is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required.
