Join Maryam Alavi, Dean of the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, as she hosts a conversation with Paul Brown, co-founder and CEO of Inspire Brands.
This virtual fireside chat is an opportunity for members of the community to learn how Inspire has grown to become the second largest restaurant company in the U.S. in just three years. As part of their conversation, Dean Alavi and Brown, a Georgia Tech Scheller alumnus, will discuss:
• Inspire’s journey to build a family of brands supported by a platform of scalable shared services.
• How technology will shape the future of Inspire and the restaurant industry.
• Brown’s approach to business and the importance of personal and company values.
Following the conversation, attendees will be invited to submit their own questions for Brown.
Inspire was founded in February 2018 with a vision of invigorating great brands and supercharging their long-term growth. In an industry facing increasing disruption, Inspire saw an opportunity to build a restaurant company unlike any other – one that brings together differentiated yet complementary brands and aims to make them stronger than they would be on their own. Today, the Inspire portfolio encompasses over 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, Rusty Taco, and SONIC Drive-In restaurants across more than 60 countries and all 50 states, generating more than $27 billion in annual global system sales.
The event will be held virtually on Thursday, April 22nd from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. ET. It is free of cost and open to the public.
